		<description>When I lived in Maine we tried renting out the upstairs of our house. The first tenant had housing when she moved in, but then she got booted off it, so we were never paid and it took 4 months to get her out. Then we rented to another person and she stayed maybe two months. Then another, then another. The last tenant paid but his dog ruined the carpets and ate the couch. Finally we gave up trying to rent it.</description>
